Terms and Conditions:

1. General Information

This coupon grants 1 entry to the public onsen facilities.

Valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.

1 coupon = 1 entry for 1 guest.

Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Not applicable for Thai massage or private spa suites.

2. Usage

Please provide your phone number before using the service.

Transfer of use to another person is allowed but must be notified in advance.

Advance booking of at least 1 day is required via LINE / phone / website.

3. Additional Conditions

Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless clearly stated.

Not valid on public holidays, festive seasons, or days the spa is closed.

Daily capacity is limited; if fully booked, Leona reserves the right to reschedule your visit.

Guests must be 18 years or older.

Leona Onsen & Spa reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

Used coupons cannot be reinstated.
